How Is Our Wood Pellet Made?
Our wood pellets are the result of a carefully controlled production process — starting with clean sawdust and ending with a certified, ready-to-use product delivered to customers across Greater Poland. Here’s what each step looks like:
#1 Sawdust
It all starts with clean, natural sawdust from wood processing — free from chemical additives and contaminants.
#2 Drying
The sawdust is dried at the right temperature to achieve the optimal moisture level — essential for clean and efficient combustion.
#3 Pelletizing
The dry material is fed into a pellet press, where it’s compressed under high pressure into durable, dense wood pellets.
#4 Quality Control
Each batch undergoes internal quality control — we check calorific value, moisture level, and ash content.
#5 Packaging
The finished pellets are packed into 15 kg bags, ready for pickup or delivery. We guarantee consistent quality in every batch.
